By accessing or using the PurposeFlex platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
PurposeFlex provides a modular CRM platform designed for nonprofits, coalitions, and community organizations. The platform includes people management, programs, donor management, events, communications, and other modules.
3. Free Trial
PurposeFlex offers a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PurposeFlex. Your data is isolated per tenant and is never shared across organizations. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
PurposeFlexis provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeFlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
